Service was warm - cold and when the bill came it had improved. In the end the potatoes went home in a box. I finished my sweet potato first (love them), and was working o eating my steak (It was the normal LongHorn steak - very good) when the "lost" potatoes arrived. I finished my salad, and then 3 of us stacked our empty plates on top of each other for some table space. We placed our orders within 20 minutes and with our salads almost done, the steak dinners cam out and filled up all the space on the table, Two orders of potatoes were missing, but we had no room for them anyway. and the water was put on our table within 10 minutes. There were 4 people in our party, and we were hungry for steaks.
Longhorn Steakhouse is a chain store, as so many others are in America and around the world, but you get a modest steak at a reasonable price. That is my only complaint is that they made a larger table for another group but couldn't do that for us, especially for someone in a wheelchair!! More We still tipped our server and our plates we clean when we left. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I'd say that this place is either racist or just dont care to accommodate handicapped people.

The manager then says "well I didn't know about your situation" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! OUR SITUATION? WHAT THE HECK IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEIR PARTY AND OUR PARTY!? Needless to say, nobody seemed to care that we were all scrunched in a booth that was really only supposed to seat 5 people we inconvenienced ourselves so that we could all have a nice lunch. So while I watch the same amount of people as us sit down at this table that they just made for these people, I call over the manager. In the middle of us hitting our food comas we realized the SAME hostess moving a table up to one of the booths to make a bigger table. Food was absolutely delicious, just like our tastebuds were hoping for. The host said yeah thats fine we could put you guys over there. My sister noticed that there was a bigger booth in the corner that maybe we all could squeeze together and my brother in laws wheel chair wouldn't be in the middle of the isle. The hostess walked us over to the 2 booths. We really wanted to come here and eat because where we are from there isn't a longhorn, so we asked are you sure there isn't another way that we all could sit together and she proceeded to say "no, I already asked." So I said okay well I guess this will have to work. She came back out and said " well I can put you guys at 2 different booths. So I asked my group instead of waiting do you guys just want to go some where else? The hostess said "hang on let me see if there's anything I can do," and walked in the back to go talk to management. We went today for lunch, when we walked in the hostess told us that it would be about an hr because there was only one table set up for a larger group and it was preoccupied already. being in a wheelchair) so we decided that we would go to a different restaurant and try again tomorrow for lunch.
